Our therapists offer in-person therapy in Charlotte, NC as well as telehealth virtual sessions in North Carolina, South Carolina, and New Jersey. We represent diverse backgrounds and are a team of holistically trained professionals!
Mission & Vision
It is our mission to provide clinical and holistic services both virtually and in person. Through a person-centered and anti-oppressive approach, we offer various services including individual therapy, group therapy, ecotherapy, yoga, and reiki. We collaborate with organizations and members of our community to build connections that help and heal.
We are are therapists and practitioners trained in Ecotherapy, Mindfulness, Yoga and Reiki. We offer therapeutic integration of these holistic services as well as non-clinical support.
Therapy services
Our therapists offer both individual and group therapy. We offer in-person services in Charlotte, NC, and virtual services in NC , SC, and NJ.
Holistic services
We provide additional non-clinical therapy services that support mental health. Our therapists are trained and certified in these practices.
Community offerings
We believe that mental health recovery happens together in community spaces. Whether it be virtual or in-person we offer various ways to feel supported.
