Collaboration is in the name. I provide consultation services to individuals, organizations, and companies on topics relating to trauma education, grief and loss, the somatic experiencing of mental illness, and culturally informed mental health care.

Service Rates
Depending on your insurance plan, the cost per session will vary, please see the information below.
Insurance
Currently I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and Aetna. If you have other insurance plans, you may be eligible for reimbursement with out of network benefits using a superbill. During our initial consultation we can discuss the verification of benefits and cost per session if you are using insurance. The out of network cost per session is $165.
Sliding Scale Fees:
If you are interested in working with me but are unable to pay the full rate per therapy session, please contact me to discuss sliding scale options. I acknowledge that you are seeking therapy and want to help!
The Good Faith Estimate
Prior to your initial therapy session, we will discuss a Good Faith Estimate. The Good Faith Estimate acknowledges the cost per services and protects you from being charged for a service that you did not agree upon.
