A key to habit change is bringing conscious awareness, or mindfulness, to the behaviors that have become automatic and unconscious. Breaking the link between old memories and behaviors is the key to changing habits. To do that, we need to become mindful of what is cueing the undesirable habit.
In this 6-week online course we will develop skills to understand and work with a range of different habits—skills that can help us live with greater well-being and freedom.
Course Dates: 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, 3/2
Course Timing: 6-7:30pm EST
Cost: $215 for all 6 weeks
This course will be held via Zoom.
