Cost: $350 for all 6 weeks
H.U.R.T. is a 6-week closed therapy group designed to be a personalized path to decolonized spirituality. This virtual group of up to 10 people is only open to NJ and NC residents. Led by LCSW, yoga teacher and Reiki Master Anna Marchese with Collaborative InSights, Therapy & Consultation.
The H.U.R.T. group seeks to:
– Create a safe place for folx to unpack negative religious experiences without any added judgment or fear
– Help participants reclaim authentic and meaningful spirituality
– Reconnect to our true essence, stripped of colonization, capitalism and patriarchy
