She talks about how she got started with self-healing, how she knows when she needs to use it, and how she’s able to do it now even when she only has a few moments of time! Anna is a holistic mental health therapist who specializes in working with adults who experience mood disorders and has a passion for working with caregivers as well as prenatal and postpartum mothers. She offers telehealth therapy appointments to NC and NJ residents. For those local to Charlotte, in-person appointments are available. Anna blends Reiki energy healing and yoga practices into her trauma-informed therapeutic approach. She also offers stand-alone holistic services such as Reiki and yoga classes to folx (not NC or NJ specific). Anna believes that the practices of restorative yoga, meditation, breath work, and energetic healing can accelerate mental health and trauma recovery.
