This workshop is offered as a safe space to gain an understanding how intergenerational trauma or family trauma can show up within an individual. The presenter, Natasha Patel, LPC, plans to speak about how family patterns can effect certain behaviors such as learned guilt or perfectionism. The workshop will also cover how trauma can be passed down through genes and how therapy can help heal these behaviors.
