We are seeking a fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) for virtual telehealth in multiple states: New Jersey, North Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida.
Collaborative InSights, LLC focuses on providing mind-body and culturally sensitive approaches to treating mental health. Currently, our practice provides virtual telehealth services. We aim to work with adults who have not been recognized in the Eurocentric model of mental health, specifically those of Asian, Black, Latinx, and LGBTQIA2S+ identities. Additionally, many clients identify as being first or second generation with ties to their communities of culture, religion and spirituality. There is a commitment to understanding clients in context of their environment as well as their unique and valid challenges with mental health.
This is a part-time position (10-15 hours) per week with opportunity to increase to full-time employment in the future. This is a W2 based employment opportunity. The costs of EHR management, practice management system, malpractice insurance, marketing/advertisement are covered!
This position requires the following:
- Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Valid clinical license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) that does not require supervision (must provide proof of licensure)
- Abide by the Licensure Board code of ethics and to have had no substantiated reports to your licensure board.
- Be able to provide professional references upon request
- A minimum commitment of 10 hours per week with room for growth
- Evening availability (4-8pm) and flexibility for weekends when needed
- A commitment to learning and using telehealth services, HIPAA compliance, electronic health record management, timely documentation, and any case management needs.
- Maintain and keep record of CEU requirements for clinical licensure
- Additional certifications, degrees, or specialty areas of practice are a plus
- Bilingual or conversational in languages associated with Asian, South Asian, Hispanic/Latino, or Middle Eastern cultures.
